Social functions and Weekend Hire: The Hireage Charge for the weekend 3pm Friday to 2pm Sunday will be $600 for the camp,Plus Camp Accommodation Charges of $20 Adult, $10 Child under 15yrs per night or a minimum charge of $1000 for accommodation whichever is the greatest. 

Extra nights a minimum charge of $500 per night applies. 

Weddings: $2500, 3pm Friday to 2pm Sunday plus $1000 bond, no accommodation charges.

Wi-Fi access to the internet is now available. If access is required please see the caretaker. $20 will be added to the final account.

Main Hall information.

The main dining hall is 18.3m long by 8m wide. There is a wire for hanging wall covers etc all the way round which is 2.4m from the floor. It has 9 large, movable, dining tables with attached bench seats and 2 half size tables making 10 in total. There are three standard tables which can be used as a main table in a wedding.

If you wish to use your own tables and chairs then please advise the caretaker in advance.

Tables, chairs and chair covers can be hired from the local Community Hall.

No screws, nails or staples are allowed under any circumstances, If you have any questions or problems with setting up, please contact the caretaker as soon as possible as he is there to help.

There is a very basic speaker system with a mic supplied if needed.

Please remember to bring everything you will need on the day i.e. a ladder, extension cables, cable ties, tape etc as the Trust does not supply these items. 

You are required to clean all you use to the same standard (or better) than you find it. Hiring cleaners to mop and surface clean can be a great solution to doing it yourself. Accommodation Information.

There are 4 main dorms with a total of 100 beds.
There are 20 separate rooms.

On the West side of the camp there are 5 rooms, Honeymoon Suite with 2 single beds and Ensor Block with 4 rooms with 1 single bed each. There is also a toilets block and shower room.

On the East side the Captain's Cabin has 3 single beds. Maunsel Dorm has 2 rooms attached, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed.

Spargo Dorm has 1 room attached with 2 single beds.

Dame Hilda Hut has a toilet, a single bed and a double bed.

The Medical room has 1 single bed and behind it is another room with 2 single beds.

The Apartments has 3 rooms with single beds, and a separate toilet and shower room attached.

Across the bridge on the South side there is a block of rooms called The Chapel Huts which has 3 rooms, 1 room with a single bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and a third room with 3 single beds.

Ashwell Dorm has a room attached with 1 double bed and a single bed.

Morgan Dorm has 1 room attached with 3 single beds.

The building marked "The Palace" is available to school camp leaders only. No exceptions, sorry.
There is one shower room with toilet, one kitchen with dinning area and a single bed and a seperate bedroom with two single beds.

Please inform all guests that there is a no dog policy apart from seeing eye dogs.
